“AQUA SPA” as New Umbrella Brand for Six Wellness and Bathing Worlds

(eap) The Swiss corporate group previously operating under the name AQUA SPA RESORTS AG will in future present itself under the shorter umbrella brand “AQUA SPA”. With this step, the company, which operates six high-quality wellness and bathing worlds in Switzerland and celebrates its 20^th anniversary this year, aims to create an even stronger visual and communicative connection between its facilities. The individual locations will retain their established names and distinctive profiles, but will in future be managed more consistently under the clear umbrella brand. The new brand appearance is planned to be implemented gradually over the course of 2026.

Mineralbad Samedan © Foto: AQUA SPA The six affiliated bathing facilities are located in different regions of the country: In Zurich, the Hürlimannbad & Spa combines a diverse wellness offering with the historic architecture of a former brewery. Visitors can enjoy, among other features, an “Emerald Bath” with underwater music, an infinity pool and a Roman-Irish spa ritual. Bathing in natural brine, Mediterranean flair and wellness options such as an “Earth-Fire Sauna” are offered at Solbad Schönbühl, while Hammam Bern attracts guests with oriental bathing culture across four floors.

Termali Salini Locarno © Foto: AQUA SPA Set amid a picturesque, car-free mountain landscape is the Mineralbad Rigi Kaltbad, which features, among other amenities, a heated outdoor pool with views of the surrounding mountains. Mineralbad Samedan stands for traditional bathing rituals in its own spring water and offers, as one of its highlights, a rooftop bath with direct mountain views. The Aqua Spa portfolio is completed by the Termali Salini Locarno at Lake Maggiore – the largest facility of its kind in the entire canton of Ticino. There, guests can enjoy Mediterranean flair with views of the lake. The Aqua Spa Group itself is headquartered in Sursee (canton of Lucerne).
