(eap) Germany’s HarzVenture GmbH is planning another attraction to strengthen the tourist offer in Bad Harzburg (Lower Saxony): by 2027, the “WipfelErlebnisWelt”, a new leisure area, is to be built, which, according to the operator, will house the highest adventure playground in Germany with a height of up to 26 meters.

The facility is to be built on the site of the existing high ropes course and will be directly connected to the existing treetop path. The plans include various climbing and net elements as well as a free-fall experience. The offer will be complemented by a café with a rest area and sanitary facilities.

The new attraction is part of a series of investments with which HarzVenture is continuously developing the destination. Just last year, the company opened the new BurgBergCenter, which includes a compact dark ride from Attraktion! (see EAP-News from 17.04.2024). An investment volume of around four million euros is planned for the new offer. ■
