Canada: Chris Perry Joins WhiteWater Team

A new employee has joined the WhiteWater team: Effective immediately, Chris Perry acts as the waterpark attractions manufacturer’s Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. In his new position, Perry will lead WhiteWater’s strategic partnerships. Known for his broad experience in waterpark operations, Perry will complement the service offering for the company’s customers. During the last 15 years, Perry has worked for Wild Wadi Waterpark in Dubai, eight of those years as General Manager. Under his leadership, the park was I.S.O. and Green Globe certified. As an operational consultant, Perry advises waterparks all over the world. Furthermore, he is known as the host of Travel Channel’s “Epic Attractions” TV series.

Perry has always been active within the leisure industry, serving as a Director of Ellis & Associates’ International Aquatic Safety School for many years and a member of the IAAPA Board of Directors since 2013. He was also one of the founding members of MENALAC (Middle East & North Africa Leisure and Amusement Council), contributing to the growth of the amusement industry in the Middle East. (eap)
