Creative Minds of the International Amusement Industry Visit Europa-Park

(eap) On the occasion of Europa-Park’s 50th anniversary, park owner Roland Mack welcomed founders of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), the international association for creative professionals in the entertainment and experience industry, as well as several recipients of the “THEA Lifetime Achievement Award” to the park. Roland Mack, who himself received the “Buzz Price Award” for lifetime achievement from the TEA in 2023 (see EAP News of 17 Apr 2023), is thus among the internationally recognized visionaries of the amusement industry.
“It is a great honor to welcome so many outstanding personalities of the international leisure industry here with us at Europa-Park. Their achievements, creativity and passion have shaped and inspired our industry. Especially in our 50th anniversary year, I consider it a special gift to share these encounters with people who have set global standards through their work and who share our enthusiasm for innovation and unique experiences,” emphasized Roland Mack.
The multi-day visit included, among other things, a tour of MACK Rides in Waldkirch, where guests gained insights into the rich tradition and innovative strength of the MACK group. Afterwards, they explored the resort including Europa-Park and Rulantica, before the program concluded with convivial hours at the Oktoberfest in the Europa-Park Arena and a visit to the fine dining experience restaurant Eatrenalin.
