Enchanted Parks Names Una de Boer Chief Marketing Officer

Una de Boer will lead brand and marketing strategy for Enchanted Parks.

(eap) The US-based amusement park, waterpark and attractions operator Enchanted Parks has appointed Una de Boer as its new Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, de Boer will be responsible for the company’s brand and marketing strategy. She will also work to strengthen the individual parks’ local marketing activities and further deepen their ties with the communities they serve.

With de Boer, Enchanted Parks has gained an experienced marketing professional who previously spent a decade with Canadian water attractions manufacturer WhiteWater. During her time with the company, she was also responsible for the global marketing of FlowRider and contributed to the development of the Vantage and Endless Surf brands. “Una is a proven brand builder who understands how to connect business strategy with creative, effective marketing,” said James Harhi, Chief Executive Officer of Enchanted Parks. “Her experience in the global attractions industry and her practical leadership style will be invaluable as we continue to build guests’ connection with our parks.”

“Regional theme parks hold a special place in people’s lives because they are where families, friends and communities come together to create memories,” de Boer said. “Enchanted Parks has built strong local marketing teams that know their guests, and I’m excited to partner with each park as we build a brand centered on fun, connection and shared experiences.”

De Boer’s appointment forms part of Enchanted Parks’ strategy to increase investment in marketing and communications at both corporate and park level. As part of this initiative, Katie Wojdyla has also been appointed Vice President of Marketing and Jess Lawler Corporate Director of Social Media and Communication. Enchanted Parks owns and operates amusement and waterparks, lodges, campgrounds and attractions across eight US states. Earlier this year, it was announced that the company would take over the operation of six former Six Flags parks that had previously been acquired by EPR Properties (cf. EAP News of 5 Mar 2026). ■
