(eap) The U.S.-based attractions operator Enchanted Parks (formerly Innovative Attraction Management), which will operate six of the Six Flags parks taken over by EPR Properties and thus extend its portfolio of leisure destinations to a total of eight facilities, has announced the enterprise-wide implementation of the guest management platform Vantage.

The deployment, covering all Enchanted Parks’ amusement, water, and resort parks, represents a comprehensive integration and is expected to go live in Q2 2026. From ticket purchase and park entry to in-park spending, loyalty programs, bonus offers, and post-visit communication, Vantage is designed to deliver a seamless and personalized guest experience.

The platform also consolidates the existing technology infrastructure provided by other partners: “TicketSpice” (ticketing), the “TCPOS” point-of-sale system from Zucchetti, the “Lodgical” property management system (also Zucchetti), and the payment solution “VersioPay”. By connecting these systems, Vantage ensures that data flows freely and that every guest interaction – whether purchasing a ticket, checking into a resort, or ordering lunch – contributes to a real-time and precise guest profile.

In addition, the platform provides guests with a range of app-based features to enhance their experience, including a cashless payment solution across all properties, an in-app e-commerce function for booking upgrades, merchandise, or additional experiences, and a gamified loyalty program that is supposed to encourage repeat visits and deeper guest engagement.

For operators, Vantage offers applications such as a unified access control system that uses the same workflow regardless of ticket type to simplify and speed up park entry, as well as intelligent push notifications triggered by guest actions and context, giving marketing and guest communication a clear advantage. The platform also provides a comprehensive reporting and analytics suite and a software for direct guest interaction.

James Harhi, founder and CEO of Enchanted Parks, commented: “We evaluated numerous platforms and the decision to partner with Vantage came down to their ability to bring everything together. Our guests interact with dozens of touchpoints during their visits; Vantage gives us a single view of their entire journey and, more importantly, the tools to make every moment count. […]”
