(eap) The Dutch EuroParcs Group, which operates over 65 vacation parks in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Bonaire (Caribbean Sea) and Austria, has added two more resorts in the Netherlands to its portfolio. Effective immediately, vacationers can also stay at a EuroParcs resort in Hindeloopen or Cadzand. EuroParcs Hindeloopen is located directly at the Ijsselmeer and, with its many water sports options such as boating, stand-up paddling and swimming, is the perfect vacation spot for water sport fans. Furthermore, the park is ideal for exploring the Southwest Friesland region, as seven of the eleven Frisian towns are nearby.

Cadzand (Zeeland province) is known for its long beaches and picturesque surroundings. Visitors can go kite surfing or take walks in the nearby Het Zwin nature reserve. What’s special here is that the entire EuroParcs complex runs without gas. All accommodations are equipped with solar panels and their own charging station for electric cars. “We are delighted to successfully expand our vacation park portfolio in Europe. EuroParcs Cadzand in particular plays a key role: it is the first gas-free vacation park in the region and illustrates our efforts in the area of sustainability,” says Andries Bruil, CCO of EuroParcs Group. ■
