Europa-Park Resort Opens Welcome Center 75 for Staff Onboarding

Gemeinsam mit dem Ruster Bürgermeister Dr. Kai-Achim Klare, Landrat Frank Scherer und dem Bundestagsabgeordneten Yannick Bury eröffnet die Europa-Park Inhaberfamilie Mack das Welcome Center 75.

(eap) A new central point of contact for new and present employees of the Europa-Park Resort was opened yesterday between Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world: the new “Welcome Center 75”, which is also connected to a modern café, is intended to contribute to smooth onboarding processes for new employees and successful integration, especially of foreign employees, with an open atmosphere.

“The Welcome Center 75 team provides new colleagues with advice and support in nine different languages. This is a strong sign of the special welcoming culture that we have always had at Europa-Park and a real milestone in times of labor shortages,” says Europa-Park co-owner Jürgen Mack.

On their first day at the Welcome Center 75, new team members receive reliable, quick and unbureaucratic answers to all their questions about their jobs and life in the municipality of Rust. They also get to know their future workplace better during a guided tour through Europa-Park, Rulantica or the hotel resort. A wide range of specialist training courses and information events at the MACK Academy round off the cross-divisional onboarding at the family business.

At the same time, the Welcome Center 75 is intended to be an appealing meeting place that promotes both professional and private exchanges between employees. The adjoining café is open not only to Europa-Park Resort staff, but also to external guests and residents of the surrounding communities.

Dr. Kai-Achim Klare, Mayor of the municipality of Rust, announced that he and colleagues from the municipal administration will also be available to answer questions at the Welcome Center 75 in future. Frederik Mack, Director HR & Organization, is delighted with the forward-looking collaboration with the public administration: “Our aim was to create a meeting place in the heart of the community where Rust residents can meet Europa-Park employees and new colleagues from all over the world. The Welcome Center 75 is a central point of contact for all questions in the immediate vicinity of the workplace and at the same time the perfect place for the traditional Sunday coffee with friends and family. Europa-Park is thus building an important bridge between professional life and social interaction in the community.” ■
