(eap) According to their own statements, the Eurothermen-Resorts, located in Bad Ischl, Bad Schallerbach and Bad Hall (Upper Austria), have welcomed their one-millionth guest this year. This milestone underlines the continued popularity of the spa resorts as a retreat for short relaxation breaks.
Markus Achleitner, Regional Minister for Economic and Tourism Affairs, and Eurothermen Managing Director Mag. Patrick Hochhauser emphasized the importance of the spas for the leisure and tourism sector in Upper Austria. Achleitner stated: “In Upper Austria, we have three first-class spa resorts with the Eurothermen, which are extremely popular both among the local population and our guests. They are an indispensable part of our region’s leisure and recreation landscape.”
Hochhauser added: “Taking a short break and recharging your batteries simply feels good – it’s something one should treat oneself to regularly. We are very pleased that so many guests choose our resorts for exactly that purpose, allowing us to provide them with unforgettable moments of well-being.” ■
