Florian Perteneder Appointed to the Management Team of Therme Wien

(eap) Florian Perteneder, previously an authorized signatory and General Manager for Therme Wien, has been promoted to the four-member management team of the thermal bath. The management of the facility in Austria’s capital now consists of Florian Perteneder, Dr. Edmund Friedl, Wolfgang Moser and Gunter Jochum. Perteneder has been working for around 20 years within VAMED Vitality World, to which Therme Wien belongs.

Perteneder, who studied Management and International Business, started his career at the thermal spa operator in 2006 as an intern and management trainee. Since then, he has held numerous management positions at Therme Wien, St. Martins Therme & Lodge and Thermenresort Laa. In 2018, he was awarded the title of “Best Spa Manager Europe” at the European Health & Spa Awards for his work.
