(eap) With over 300,000 visitors, FORT FUN Abenteuerland in Germany’s Sauerland looks back on a successful 2023 season. The theme park operated by Looping Group aims at building on these figures this year and is looking forward to welcoming its first guests again on March 23. This season will also kick off at Fort Fun with an Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. Children up to the age of twelve can go in search of colourful treats and the golden egg in the “Adventure Area” – whoever finds the latter can look forward to a basic annual pass.

Fort Fun will also hold various events this summer. These include the “20th Western Run”, the “Mexican Summer”, the “Country Days” and the “FamilyFUN” parties, which promise fun for young and the young-at-heart every Wednesday in July. In addition, the “Tag der Herzen” (Eng.: “Day of Hearts”) returns on June 11, when Fort Fun is open exclusively to guests with mental and physical disabilities. “Unfortunately, we had to pause the event due to the pandemic. Now we are more than pleased to be able to make many great people happy again this year,” says Managing Director Andreas Sievering.

The season will conclude with the Halloween event “FORT FEAR Horrorland” on October 25 & 26 and November 1 & 2. For families, there will be an American Halloween atmosphere with the “KidsOween” programme.
