Futuroscope: Anniversary Programme 2027 & New Sci-Fi-Hotel
As of December this year, Futuroscope will present its first night-time light parade, featuring illuminated floats and performers.

(eap) Next year, Futuroscope will celebrate its 40th anniversary. For its 2027 anniversary season, the French theme park resort is planning several new additions designed to offer visitors something special. Alongside a varied events programme featuring the park’s first nighttime parade, further shows and other offerings, Futuroscope has also announced a new four-star hotel.
“The new programme builds on the development undertaken in recent years to transform Futuroscope into a fully fledged short-break destination – a place that guests visit both to enjoy extraordinary experiences and to share time with family or friends. With two parks and a comprehensive range of leisure, entertainment and accommodation offerings, Futuroscope Xperiences is continuing its growth trajectory, placing innovation and emotion at the heart of its identity,” explains Rodolphe Bouin, Chairman of the Executive Board of Futuroscope.
Under the title “Nuits Magiques”, the park will present a nighttime light parade for the first time in its history from 5 December. It will take place daily after dark until 27 March 2027. Five illuminated floats and 23 performers will travel along an approximately one-kilometre route through the park. Developed in collaboration with Agence Tetro, the format will combine light installations and live performances with art, design and technology. Another highlight of the events programme will be the new large-scale illusion show “Imagine, Live Show”, which is set to launch in April. It will be staged by Arthur Jugnot and Bertran Lotth.

Futuroscope is also expanding its accommodation offering: A fourth hotel, designed as a science-fiction-universe, is already under construction. Plans include 45 rooms, among them premium and VIP suites. The hotel complex will also feature a 400-seat restaurant, a 250-seat bar and a spa reserved exclusively for hotel guests. In addition, there will be a seminar area for 350 people, including a 200-seat auditorium and eight smaller meeting rooms.

A pedestrian bridge will connect the hotel directly to the Aquascope water park, which will also be expanded. Creative Director Olivier Héral describes the new accommodation as “a spectacular and immersive hotel, conceived as a self-contained universe in which architecture, scenography and services tell a genuine story.” ■
