GMF Welcomes Markus Reinalter to Its Management Team

(eap) The leadership trio of the Munich-based consulting and operating company GMF, consisting of Harald Gabriel, Thomas Meier (l.) and Michael Bäuml (r.), has been strengthened: as of 1 January 2026, Markus Reinalter (m.) has joined the management team in the position of Project Manager for Austria. The specialist, who brings more than 25 years of professional experience, contributes expertise in electrical engineering, aquatic facilities as well as project and facility management. His professional focus lies in the planning, construction and technical management of large-scale projects, particularly in the thermal spa and swimming pool sector. In-depth experience in process optimisation, energy management as well as technical and operational management completes his professional profile.
Most recently, Reinalter worked as a court-appointed expert for aquatic facilities and pool technology, carrying out numerous audits, consultancy assignments and training courses for well-known companies and institutions in this role. Prior to this, Reinalter worked as technical manager, project developer, and consultant for, among others, VAMED Vitality World (operator of several thermal and health resorts in Austria) as well as various hotel and aquatic facility operations.
