(eap) Younger visitors at England’s Gulliver’s Land theme park resort can look forward to a new ride experience: Starting at Easter, a new family roller coaster themed as a caterpillar, “The Wriggler”, will wind its way through the park. The ride, a Wacky Worm model supplied by SBF-Visa Group, can be used independently by guests from a height of 120 centimeters. Children between 90 and 120 centimeters in height must be accompanied by an adult. The track is around 138 meters long and the train reaches a speed of up to 25 km/h.

Sue Conway, resort director at Gulliver’s Land, said: “It’s always an exciting time when we have a new ride for visitors to enjoy, and The Wriggler is certainly one of the coolest rides! It was introduced at our sister park, Gulliver’s Valley in Yorkshire, three years ago and has been a huge hit with everyone. We are sure it will prove as popular at Gulliver’s Land this Easter – and far into the future.”

Gulliver’s Land in Milton Keynes is the third of a total of four theme parks operated under the Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts brand. At Gulliver’s World, the operator will introduce new accommodation offerings this season. With the new Enchanted Castle Hotel and the new Pirate Ship Hotel, a total of 32 additional themed rooms will be created. ■
