Karls Erlebnis-Dorf Döbeln Opens with Special Highlights

(eap) With today’s opening of Karls Erlebnis-Dorf Döbeln, located in Central Saxony, Germany, the owner and operator of the strawberry adventure parks Robert Dahl is now adding the sixth adventure village to his offering. The park in Döbeln covers an area of 17 hectares and, as always, the strawberry is the main theme.

A real specialty in Döbeln, however, is the “Bockwurst Land”. In addition to attractions such as the “Bockwurst Schleuder” (Sausage Slingshot) and the “Senfrutsche” (Mustard Slide), visitors also have the opportunity to sample many regional specialties. The project, in which around 30 million euros have been invested and which will generate many new jobs at the site, is of great regional importance beyond the fun. Karl’s Erlebnis-Dorf will also be an attraction for many day-trippers from near and far in Saxony. Döbeln’s mayor Sven Liebhauser and the regional bus company Regiobus are supporting the new Karls location, for example with the K-Line, a specially introduced new bus route that runs from Döbeln’s main train station to Karls from today.
