(eap) Following stops in Brazil, Mexico, Belgium and Spain, the Mundo Pixar Experience is now appearing in the United Kingdom for the first time. In a purpose-built venue in London’s Wembley Park, Pixar fans have had the opportunity since last weekend to immerse themselves in the worlds of well-known Pixar animated films.

Visitors can symbolically “shrink” to toy size and step into Andy’s room from “Toy Story”, explore the “Scare Floor” from “Monsters, Inc.” with Mike and Sulley, or race into Flo’s Café from “Cars” to meet Lightning McQueen. The approximately one-hour walkthrough also leads to the headquarters of Riley’s emotions from “Inside Out 2”, into the skies with Carl Fredricksen from “Up”, and with “Coco” from the Land of the Living to the Land of the Dead.

The Pixar world at Wembley Park extends over more than 3,500 square metres and comprises 14 Pixar universes featuring over 25 sculptures. Each themed area combines elaborate set design, atmospheric music and specially developed scent compositions to immerse guests in Pixar’s most popular stories. The touring exhibition is presented by Golden Peak Live Entertainment in cooperation with Proactiv Entertainment, RG Live, Senbla and Luna.

The experience in London takes place ahead of Pixar’s 2026 cinema releases: the new film “Hoppers” celebrates its premiere in March and the fifth instalment of the “Toy Story” series in June. From 20 March, another Mundo Pixar Experience is also scheduled to open in Tokyo (Japan). ■
