(eap) Taunus Wunderland will be celebrating the opening of its latest attraction in the “Aryas Drachenschlucht” (Eng.: Arya’s Dragon Gorge) themed area tomorrow: “Energieklunker & Koboldplunder – Das Labyrinth”. This is an interactive maze designed to delight both younger and older guests alike. Within the labyrinth, visitors solve various tasks, discover so-called “energy bling” and immerse themselves in the fictional world of the “Gobbis” – embedded in the ongoing story about Arya’s Dragon Gorge.

“With this attraction, we are creating an experience that not only moves, but also connects – through shared puzzles, discovery and amazement,” says Otto Barth Junior, Park Director of Taunus Wunderland. “The labyrinth combines adventure, technology and storytelling in a completely new way and is a great addition to our existing attractions.”

“Energieklunker & Koboldplunder” was developed in collaboration with IMAmotion and complements the Arya’s Dragon Gorge themed area, which has been growing steadily since 2023 and already includes attractions such as the “Gobbi Express” roller coaster (see EAP News from 22.3.24), the “Gobbie’s Energiefabrik” (Eng.: Gobbie’s Energy Factory) music express and “Baumberth’s Water Playground”. The latter also opened just last month and has been providing young guests with a welcome way to cool off on hot summer days. Universal Rocks was responsible for the artificial rock design for the water playground. According to the park, all further works were largely completed in-house. ■
