Opening of Minifigure Speedway at LEGOLAND Windsor

(eap) On Saturday, “Minifigure Speedway”, a Dueling Reverse Coaster from Zierer, opened at LEGOLAND^® Windsor Resort in Berkshire, England. In two LEGO^®-themed roller coaster trains, visitors race in parallel, going both forwards and backwards while they reach speeds of up to 56 km/h. Passengers can decide whether they want to race for team “Allstars” or team “Legends”. A total of around GBP 10 million (over EUR 11.5 million) has been invested in the new attraction.

Furthermore, the new “Woodland Village” overnight accommodation will open on May 24. Visitors will be able to enjoy a peaceful family stay in Lego-themed forest lodges. ■
