Six Flags St. Louis Becomes Mid America Adventure

(eap) The Six Flags St. Louis theme park has a new name: Mid America Adventure. Along with the new name, the park – which was sold by Six Flags Entertainment to EPR Properties this spring and has since been operated by Enchanted Parks – is also unveiling an updated logo and a new brand identity designed to honor its 55-year history in the heart of the US Midwest while highlighting its diverse collection of rides and attractions.

“We are excited about the changes and new opportunities that are ahead for us. Earlier this year we became part of the Enchanted Parks family of theme parks. Now, with the rollout of our new name, we look forward to continuing our history and tradition of providing families with safe, clean fun visits to this park so that they can make lasting memories together,” commented Danny Snider, President of Mid America Adventure.

James Harhi, CEO of Enchanted Parks, added: “The rebrand to Mid America Adventure is the next step in our ongoing investment in this park and community. We are committed to providing our guests with quality experiences and will continue to build on our legacy as the Midwest’s gateway to thrills.”

With fall just around the corner, Mid America Adventure is preparing for the return of its annual Halloween events, “Fright Fest” and “Boo Fest”. Both events will kick off on Saturday, September 12, and run on select days through Sunday, November 1. Guests can look forward to both family-friendly daytime entertainment during Boo Fest and a thrill-filled nighttime programme featuring live shows, haunted houses and hundreds of scare actors. ■
