(eap) The U.S. amusement park Story Land in New Hampshire plans to bring back two of its former rides for the 2026 season. Starting next summer, visitors can enjoy “Turtle Twirl” and “Crazy Barn”. The Turtle Twirl carousel was originally opened at Story Land in 1996 but had to make way for the “Moo Lagoon” water play area, which debuted in 2024. Soon, the attraction is set to make its comeback together with the flat ride Crazy Barn. Both attractions offer family-friendly fun and are expected to operate throughout summer and fall next year.

The park will also launch its longest operating season to date, beginning Saturday, May 23, and will remain open daily until 6 p.m. during the summer months. In addition, fan-favorite events will return for the 2026 season, including the adult-focused “Nostalgia Nights”, the new “Neighbor Days”, and the popular Halloween event “Happy Hauntings”.

“We are thrilled to welcome Turtle Twirl and Crazy Barn back for the 2026 season,” said General Manager Chris Kearsing. “The return of these iconic attractions and the extension of our operating calendar reflect our commitment to providing new experiences while honoring the timeless traditions families love.” ■
