TAC | The Assistant Company and n-tree solutions Join Forces

(eap) The Austrian software provider TAC | The Assistant Company and n-tree solutions, specified in the field of visitor management, have announced the formation of a joint holding company. The aim is to bundle the respective strengths of both companies, which will remain independent within the group, to benefit from a strengthened market presence.

The company of n-tree solutions has many years of experience in the development of hardware and software solutions for visitor management in leisure facilities. Its portfolio ranges from reservation and access control systems to point-of-sale systems and ticket readers, as well as kiosk and self-service solutions. As part of the merger, TAC’s software expertise in particular is to be incorporated into the joint further development of the systems.

“The collaboration with n-tree is an important step for us. Together, we can combine our competencies, benefit from each other, and systematically further expand our market position,” explains Thomas Rössler, Managing Director and founder of TAC | The Assistant Company. On the n-tree side, the merger is also regarded as a logical step: “The decision to merge was the right one. With TAC, we have a strong and reliable partner at our side. Together, we are well positioned for the future and will continue to expand our successful position in the leisure industry,” says Bruno Maurer, CEO of n-tree, who will continue to support the group in an advisory role.

For n-tree customers, there won’t be any changes due to the merger: the existing structures will be maintained. The management of the group will in future be jointly assumed by Gernot Tobisch, Managing Director at TAC and Thomas Rössler. ■
