“Surreal”: New Record-Breaking Slide at Brazil’s Beach Park

(eap) The Beach Park in Aquiraz near Fortaleza in north-eastern Brazil has added a new main attraction to its water park: the “Surreal” water coaster has recently expanded Aqua Park’s existing offering. The new slide is a “Master Blaster” attraction from Canadian manufacturer WhiteWater West, which, at a height of 28 meters, is currently the highest version of this type in the world, according to the manufacturer. The ride lasts around 77 seconds and combines classic descents with several uphill sections, which are characteristic of the Master Blaster concept. The ride experience is complemented by winding passages, lighting effects and a top speed of up to 42 km/h.
