Europa-Park Resort Celebrates Opening of Riverside Western Lodge
(eap) The Europa-Park Resort is celebrating the opening of its “Riverside Western Lodge” and, with it, the completion of “Silver Lake City”. After the first section of the Western town, including Western Houses and caravan pitches, had already opened in May of last year, the new hotel now complements the western accommodation offering. The Riverside Western Lodge features 119 rooms with a total of 532 beds.
In addition, five rooms have been created for the Europa-Park children’s charity accommodation offer “Kleine Helden”, along with a chapel, both likewise located in the Western town. The Silver Lake City offering also includes the buffet restaurant “Diner Station”, the “Wild Horse Bar”, an adventure playground with a steam locomotive and the “Gold Rush Golf” minigolf course. Visitors can now also discover here the VR experience “YULLBE GO”, an ice cream parlor, a hot dog F&B outlet, a new shop as well as a brewery.
“With the Riverside Western Lodge, we are continuing the consistent development of our Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort. Silver Lake City combines nature-oriented accommodation, authentic theming and modern leisure offerings in a very special way,” explains Roland Mack, owner of Europa-Park. “What began almost 25 years ago as a small place with colourful tipis and space for guests’ own tents has grown into an independent resort, offering our guests even more opportunities for a multi-day stay.”
