France: Halloween Special at Disneyland® Paris
The scariest day of the year is approaching: On October, 31 it’s time for Halloween again! At Disneyland® Paris, which most recently opened its “Jedi Training Academy” (cf. EAP News from July 11, 2015), the preparations for this event are already in full swing. The French amusement park announced which highlights and special events visitors to the park can expect between October 1st and November 1st. In the morning, Micky and his friends will surprise the guests in many ways while in the afternoon Disney’s villains will frighten them. The program features several highlights, including the “Mickey’s Halloween Celebration” parade, when Disney’s most popular characters move through the park several times a day. The show “It’s Good to Be Bad with the Disney Villains” is a musical performance carried out by the “bad” Disney characters which also includes a Meet & Greet. On October 31, the big “Disney’s Halloween Party” will take place at Disneyland. Additionally, ghosts, the dark fairy Maleficent and many further Disney characters will haunt visitors during the Halloween season. The park will soon be transformed into an impressive autumn landscape. (eap)
