Germany: LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort Opens New Ninja Themed Area Today
As of today, with the beginning of the season, visitors to LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort are invited to discover the new “LEGO® NINJAGO® World” that opens as the park’s ninth theme area (c.f. EAP news from July 18th, 2016).
Designed as a Ninja monastery, the new zone features the interactive 4D “LEGO NINJAGO The Ride” dark ride, equipped with Triotech’s hand gesture technology. Similar to the equally named attractions at Legoland Billund and Legoland California, guests learn how to employ the Ninja forces (lightning, fire, ice and shock waves) by simply moving their hands. Furthermore, the new area offers classic LEGO construction fun and a variety of attractions challenging young and young-at-heart ninjas to train their physical abilities.
The novelty comes with LEGOLAND Deutschland Resorts’ 15th anniversary which will be celebrated on May 17th, 2017. (eap)
