Netflix Co-CEOs Ted Sarandos and Greg Peters kicked off the celebration by presenting Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, State Senator Amanda Cappelletti, and State Representative Tim Briggs with the symbolic “Key to Netflix House.” alongside other Netflix executives.

(eap) After streaming provider Netflix reached over ten million people with 40 different pop-up experiences in over 300 cities worldwide (see EAP News 10/29/25 & EAP News 06/25/24), according to their own statement, today marks the official opening of the first permanent Netflix attraction: The King of Prussia shopping center in Philadelphia is home to the world’s first Netflix House, an interactive brand experience center that immerses visitors in the world of popular Netflix series and films such as “Wednesday,” “Squid Game”, “ONE PIECE”, “Stranger Things”, and more. Netflix CEOs Ted Sarandos and Greg Peters symbolically presented Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and further political representatives with the “key to Netflix House.” Covering an area of more than 9,000 square meters (100,000 square feet), guests and fans can discover a permanent, year-round world of experiences with various attractions and entertainment offerings based on their favorite series. Virtual reality experiences (from Sandbox VR, amongst others), immersive walkthroughs, interactive mini golf, a theater... regular updates in this and future Netflix Houses are designed to encourage repeat visits.

With fresh experiences dropping regularly, there’s always a new reason to come back,” says Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer. “We are thrilled to welcome our new neighbors in Philadelphia, Dallas, and Las Vegas to explore Netflix in a whole new light, enhanced by the unique charm and culture of each city.”

At the Netflix Bites restaurant, visitors can enjoy themed food and drinks. A shop offers matching merchandise. Fans can watch series together and take part in special events at the “Tudum Theater”. While admission to Netflix House itself is free, various entertainment offerings are subject to fees based on the “choose-your-own-adventure” principle, which depend on the day of visit and capacity. A second location is already in the starting blocks at the Galleria Dallas shopping center (Dallas, Texas) – the opening here is scheduled for 11 December 2025. A third facility is expected to follow in 2027 in the middle of the Strip in Las Vegas (Nevada). ■
