Legal Expert Bruce A. Brown Joins Falcon’s Beyond
(eap) Bruce A. Brown (photo), a law graduate with more than 20 years of professional experience, has been appointed Executive Vice President of Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary by Orlando, Florida-based Falcon’s Beyond. In this position, Brown will advise and oversee legal, compliance, enterprise risk management, and government relations for Falcon’s Beyond. Brown will also serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors of the Nasdaq-listed group (On October 6th, 2023 Falcon’s Beyond began trading on Nasdaq after closing its previously announced business combination with FAST Acquisition Corp. II). Prior to joining Falcon’s, Bruce Brown served in similar positions at other complexly structured groups, most recently as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Hilton Grand Vacations, and before that at Tupperware Brands.
