Miral Announces Top Golf Coming to Yas Island

(eap) Yas Island is gaining another attraction, as Miral Group, the developer of lots of leisure and entertainment destinations in Abu Dhabi, has announced: A Topgolf attraction is under development. The modern golf play concept, which can already be found in ten countries, will in future complement the offering around Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World™, SeaWorld® Yas Island and other attractions. The project is being developed in cooperation with Viya, a franchise partner of Topgolf, and builds on the success of the first Topgolf location in the United Arab Emirates in Dubai. The new facility on Yas Island is scheduled to open this year.
A three-storey complex is planned, featuring an also multi-level spanning driving range and several entertainment offerings across approximately 6,500 square meters. In addition, there will be an outfield driving range covering around 19,000 square meters, equipped with “TopTracer” technology for digital ball tracking during gameplay sessions. In total, the venue will offer 82 hitting bays, including eight exclusive VIP bays designed for players of all skill levels. The offering will be complemented by a “VR hitting bay”, a golf shop, several food and beverage outlets, an arcade zone, as well as indoor and outdoor event spaces.
