Modernization of Aqua Fun Wahlstedt: New Water Climbing Wall and Diving Tower
(eap) Soon the outdoor pool season will begin in the small town of Wahlstedt in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Attractive new features await visitors at the local Aqua Fun public pool this summer. On the one hand, the outdoor pool has been equipped with a six-meter high WATERCLIMBING® wall by Bodan Schwimmbadbau GmbH. No special equipment, safety partner or previous experience is required for the climbing fun – one can simply start climbing and drop into the water once strength has slackened. On the other hand, the old five-meter concrete diving tower was demolished and replaced by a new three-meter high diving board made of stainless steel by Roigk GmbH. ■
