(eap) Rodelparadies St. Englmar in Germany’s Bavarian Forest has put the first attractions of its newly developing themed area “Sepps zünftiger Bauernhof” (Sepp’s Traditional Farm) into operation. With the large swing ride “Hofschleuder” (Farm Centrifuge) and the children’s carousel “Spritzige Ferkelfahrt” (Splashy Piglet Ride), the new family-oriented area can now be experienced by visitors for the first time.

Both attractions were realized by the German amusement ride manufacturer ART Engineering. Hofschleuder, a Wild Swing, is designed for the whole family and offers a dynamic ride experience with sweeping movements. Spritzige Ferkelfahrt is a classic Flower Carousel that provides a gentler ride, particularly for younger guests. Both new attractions feature farmyard theming and therefore blend harmoniously into the emerging themed area.
In addition to the two rides, the new themed area will feature a spaciously designed playground, an Unimog ride and an indoor area. Now that the first attractions have already been put into operation, the final design of the surrounding area is planned to be completed gradually as construction work continues. ■
