Old Wives’ Summer and Spooky Fun at Tripsdrill

(eap) The Cleebronn-based theme park Tripsdrill in Baden-Württemberg, Germany is also preparing several autumnal surprises for its guests. Until 2 November 2025, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the park’s more than 100 attractions amidst a decorative setting featuring pumpkin pyramids, oversized straw figures and numerous harvest wagons daily. On four evenings in October (17 & 18 October and 24 & 25 October 2025), the “Altweibernächte” (“Old Wives’ Summer”) will take place for the 11th time. From 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., guests can explore dark secrets in four scare mazes: “Washed in Every Water,” “Under the Skin,” “Final Stop” and “Madhouse” (new). Night rides on the three roller coasters “Karacho” “Mammut” and “G’sengte Sau” as well as a fountain show at the “Pumpwerk” are also part of the programme. In addition, the “Sägewerk” play area and the family attraction “Heißer Ofen” will be open. A visit to the scare event is recommended for guests aged twelve and over.
Families with kids will be able to experience a child-friendly Halloween atmosphere on 30 and 31 October 2025. Under the motto “Trick or Treat – Spooky Fun for the Little Ones” younger visitors can enjoy a variety of activities during the day, including games, a straw maze and face painting. A lantern parade accompanied by the park’s mascot will conclude the programme. For a special overnight experience during the “Old Wives’ Summer” the park’s associated Nature Resort offers a total of 48 tree houses and 20 shepherd’s wagons, where guests can enjoy the forest setting and the tranquillity of nature. ■
