Strategic Partnership Between bookingkit and NaviPartner

Mark Stewart Pedersen (left), CEO of NaviPartner, and Lukas C. C. Hempel, founder and CEO of bookingkit, announce a strategic partnership between their companies.

(eap) German company bookingkit, whose eponymous booking platform is one of Europe’s leading solutions for booking, marketing and managing leisure experiences, and Danish Microsoft business applications specialist NaviPartner are joining forces to offer attractions an all-in-one solution. By combining NaviPartner’s strengths in on-site operations and access management for leisure facilities – centred on “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central” and NaviPartner’s own cloud-based “NP Attraction” solution – with bookingkit’s channel management expertise, the companies aim to create a seamless process from booking through to on-site admission.

Against the backdrop of an increasingly complex technology landscape at leisure attractions, the two companies aim to ensure that ticketing, access control, retail and financial processes work seamlessly together, while marketing and sales activities are conducted across a growing number of different online channels. Attractions of all sizes, from smaller venues such as museums to major amusement parks welcoming several million visitors annually, are expected to benefit from the combined strengths of the two providers. By automating processes, operators should be able to free up time and resources for the continued development of the guest experience. NaviPartner and bookingkit already serve joint customers such as Tivoli Gardens, where their complementary solutions work hand in hand.

Mark Stewart Pedersen, CEO of NaviPartner, commented: “Today, attractions need more than just a ticketing system. They need connected solutions that help them sell across multiple channels, manage visitor flows and create engaging experiences. Through our partnership with bookingkit, our customers benefit from a more integrated approach in which online sales, distribution, ticket validation and operational processes work seamlessly together. This partnership enables attractions to reduce complexity, operate more efficiently and focus on providing their guests with unforgettable experiences.”

Lukas C. C. Hempel, founder and CEO of bookingkit, added: “NaviPartner and bookingkit are a perfect match. NaviPartner provides attractions with a rock-solid operational foundation on site, while we ensure that these experiences achieve the greatest possible reach through the world’s leading channels. Together, we provide operators with a seamless customer journey, from the first click to the moment a guest walks through the entrance.” ■
