Tibidabo Gets New Restaurant for Culinary Experiences

(eap) In spring 2026, a new restaurant is set to open at Tibidabo amusement park in Barcelona. It will be located on the ground floor of the historic “La Masia” building, situated directly on “Plaça del Tibidabo”. The gastronomic offering is aimed at families and park visitors who wish to enjoy culinary delights while taking in panoramic views of the city.
The new restaurant will have a total capacity of 300 guests. In addition to an indoor area seating up to 170 people, it will include a terrace with 130 seats and a panoramic lounge offering views over the Catalan capital. The architectural redesign of the existing floor is being handled by the Barcelona-based office Varis Arquitectes.
The gastronomic concept is curated by renowned Spanish chef Rafa Zafra, known for restaurants such as Estimar (Barcelona and Madrid), Jondal (Ibiza), and Per Feina (Barcelona). Zafra aims to create a culinary experience that reflects the magic of the amusement park. Adults should rediscover food with childlike curiosity and children should learn to enjoy the pleasures of high-quality cuisine. The menu will be inspired by classic children’s dishes, based on local and seasonal products, and presented with flavors and textures designed to spark guests’ interest in gastronomy. ■
