Trade Fair Results: aquanale & FSB Report Significant Visitor Increase

(eap) After four days, the aquanale and FSB trade fair duo in Cologne ended last Friday. According to the organizer, Koelnmesse, the two trade fairs recorded an increase in visitor numbers of over eleven percent compared to the last edition in 2023. Around 28,000 trade visitors from over 125 countries and more than 865 exhibitors (290 aquanale + 575 FSB) from 46 nations came to Cologne to inform themselves about the latest trends in topics such as leisure, physical activity, health and well-being. Around 62 percent of visitors reportedly came from abroad, particularly from the Benelux countries, Scandinavia, Italy, Spain, France, Eastern Europe, the USA, Israel and India. With these positive results, the organizers see the leading position of the trade fair duo as a globally significant industry platform confirmed.

“The FSB and aquanale have once again demonstrated the innovative strength and relevance of the industries represented at these trade fairs. Sustainability, energy efficiency and quality of life are at the core – topics that move people around the world. With our trade fair duo, we provide an international stage for these developments,” said Oliver Freese, Managing Director of Koelnmesse GmbH.

A trade fair review featuring the latest products and projects from the leisure pool and recreation sectors presented in Cologne awaits you in our first issue of 2026 in January. ■
