USA: The Walt Disney Company Welcomes Two New Board Members

The Board of Directors of The Walt Disney Company welcomes Amy Chang and Calvin McDonald as new members. Both leaders have extensive management experience in a variety of industries. In addition to her new role with Disney, Chang also holds a board position at consumer goods company Procter & Gamble and is serving as a consultant to over a dozen companies including Cisco, HubSpot and other private enterprises. “It is such an honor to become part of the Disney journey. With all the momentum and innovation within the company across every part of the consumer experience, I can’t wait to watch this next generation of stories and experiences come to life,“ she says.

Calvin McDonald is CEO and board member of the sports apparel company lululemon and is also looking forward to his new position at Disney: “I am excited to join the Board of Directors of Disney, an amazing organization that continually sets the standard worldwide for innovation, creativity, and bringing people together. I look forward to supporting CEO Bob Chapek and the management team with insights and learnings gained from our experience at lululemon in creating enduring relationships with our guests,” comments McDonald.

Disneys Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board Robert A.
