Universal Orlando Resort Announces New DreamWorks Land for 2024

(eap) A new themed land dedicated to popular DreamWorks characters such as Shrek, Trolls and Kung Fu Panda is currently under development on the site of the former “KidZone” at Universal Studios Florida and set to open in 2024. Interactive play areas and attractions are designed to entertain younger guests in particular and live up to the resort’s claim to be a leading leisure destination for the whole family.

The upcoming DreamWorks-themed area will thus be another new offering for children and accompanying adults – this year, there is already the new “Minion Land” to discover for this target group, which features existing park attractions, but also the novelty “Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast” (an interactive shooting walkthrough) as we reported in our EAP News of 9 Dec, 2022. ■
