World’s First Dragon Ball Theme Park to be Built in Qiddiya

(eap) The Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) has announced the construction of a 500,000 square meter Dragon Ball theme park in Qiddiya City near Riyadh. The theme park based around the popular Japanese anime “Dragon Ball” will comprise seven themed areas and over 30 attractions. These include five innovative rides such as a roller coaster that will run through a 70-metre replica of the dragon “Shenron” (see visualization above). In addition to the Dragon Ball-inspired attractions, there will also be themed hotels and restaurants. QIC has entered into a partnership with Toei Animation, the animation studio behind Dragon Ball, to build the park.
