In the course of this, the core of the existing facility will be completely refurbished and expanded to include additional areas. The new resort offer is to include a 4,000-square-meter sauna area with outdoor facilities, a health spa area with brine pools, steam cabins, graduation plant, whirlpools, textile saunas and separate SPA areas for wellness treatments. For the sporty target group, there will be a 25-meter pool with four lanes and an indoor surfing facility.

The dry leisure area is to offer a gym, a tennis hall with three courts, a 4-field squash facility, a bowling, billiards and darts area, a climbing arena and an indoor golf facility with putting green and tee-off simulator, as well as an action center featuring various simulators, play attractions, a trampoline arena, an 18-hole black light mini golf course and a Valo arena.

The planned 4-star superior hotel will be equipped with 148 rooms, a restaurant, fireplace lounge, bar, terrace, café, as well as several multifunctional event rooms that can accommodate up to 600 people.

The project was planned by the architect’s office MundelArchitekten. After the building permit was granted, the reconstruction could be started recently.
