(eap) The German play equipment manufacturer Kinderland, based in the Emsland region of Lower Saxony, is currently building a new production facility that will house the company’s first in-house rope-making plant. The investment lays the foundation for a new brand: KinderlandTauwerk.
The company, which has been headed by Managing Director Mario Hampel for 20 years now, currently operates through its two business units, Kinderland Emsland Spielgeräte and KinderlandParks. The former supplies play equipment for municipalities, nurseries and schools, while the latter specialises in themed play environments and concepts for commercial leisure facilities. With the rope-making plant now under construction, which will include a modern CNC production line, the company aims to open up new possibilities in the design, material processing and construction of play equipment. Customers are expected to benefit from an expanded range of services.
